This policy explains how we process the personal data you give us through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
The data you give us: name, phone or email, type of matter and the description you send. The website form stores nothing in any database: your message is sent to us directly by email. If you instruct us, also the data and documents needed for your matter. This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies.

We do not make automated decisions, build profiles or send advertising.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not become a matter are kept only as long as needed to answer them and for a maximum of [PENDIENTE: period, e.g. 1 year]. Client data are kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data except where required by law or necessary for your matter (courts, notaries, registries, authorities), always under professional secrecy. Our providers process data on our behalf: website hosting and delivery of form messages by Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus, European Union), which, like any server, technically logs visitors' IP addresses for security; and our professional email provider ([PENDIENTE: confirm icali.com email provider]).
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) under its own privacy policy, which may involve transfers to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can contact us by phone, email or form instead.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to pedro.ortega@icali.com with proof of identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Professional secrecy
Everything you tell us is protected by the lawyer's duty of professional secrecy. This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
